OTT Industries is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including transport issues, supply shortages, or natural events.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Warranty

OTT Industries stands behind the quality of its products.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt.
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect application.
