Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Only

OTT Industries currently supplies and delivers products within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation and payment (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times will be communicated during quoting or order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable freight and courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your products.
The shipping method used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Large or bulk orders may be shipped via pallet freight or direct transport to your site.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Freight charges will be clearly itemised on your quote or invoice before order confirmation.

For large, recurring, or contract orders, freight terms may be negotiated individually.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or mining regions: May require additional transit time

While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, OTT Industries cannot be held liable for delays caused by transport providers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during normal business hours (Monday to Friday).

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for deliveries.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to site access or no authorised receiver, redelivery fees may apply.

  • Once goods are delivered and signed for, risk transfers to the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
Provide photos and details of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Pick-Up Option (if applicable)

Customers may arrange to collect orders directly from our facility by prior appointment.
